As Art Director, I led monthly creative brainstorms and partnered with strategists to translate performance data into design direction. Those insights guided motion pacing, typography hierarchy, and composition choices, ensuring each asset balanced brand polish with performance impact. I also oversaw the brand’s rework in collaboration with our parent agency, embedding paid-media best practices directly into the new system. Using AI tools like ChatGPT’s deep-research capabilities, I analyzed audience behavior to uncover the tones, rhythms, and narrative structures that drove engagement and conversion. The result was a unified creative system that looked refined, felt authentic, and performed exceptionally—growing younger-demo subscriptions by 372% and achieving sub-$10 CPLs across channels.
